IT End-User Support 1

Provides technical assistance and support to end users of IT delivery system hardware, software, and networks (voice, video, and data) to resolve end-user computing problems. Works directly with an identified subset of end-users, specifically the company executives and their office administrators, providing guidance on effective use of delivery systems products and services. Requires confidential handling of any information that is seen during the support of the executives.  Utilizes knowledge of desktop computing systems hardware, software, and/or network systems or components to resolve issues. Ensures that customer delivery systems requirements are met in a cost-effective manner that complies with company standards, policies, and procedures, and regulatory requirements.
