    Kristin Brighton is the founder of HirePaths Inc., a marketing campaign designed to introduce Kansas kids to high-demand careers. An active member of her community, Ms. Brighton has served on the USD 383 Manhattan-Ogden School Board and was the 2016 chair of the board for the Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce. In these roles, and as the cofounder of the marketing firm New Boston Creative Group LLC, Ms. Brighton identified a gap between the interests and skill sets of youth and the needs of the workforce. HirePaths was created to bridge this gap and inspire kids to consider exciting, high-demand careers for their futures. Now an independent 501(c)3, HirePaths is entering its next chapter of work, aiming to reach students and families nationwide.

    Addie Justus has worked on the HirePaths project since its official launch in 2021. A product of Kansas’ public school system, Ms. Justus strongly believes in the HirePaths mission to inspire kids to think about their futures and explore high-demand careers, which often translate to high-paying jobs. Ms. Justus manages the HirePaths social media channels (overseeing a robust mix of paid and unpaid efforts across five platforms), coordinates Career Hunt registrations and develops reports to track progress.
