Recruit Speakers and Volunteers

Career Hunt Logo

Your event will need a welcome speaker, room monitors for each industry breakout room (approximately 12 people) and transition volunteers who will help the students find their way between sessions (approximately four to six additional people). The number of transition volunteers will vary depending on your event space and how easy it is for students to move between their sessions. Teachers and the room moderators can also help with transitions. If students are moving between floors or various buildings between breakout sessions, you may need more helpers.

Here are some resources to help make recruiting and instructing these valuable volunteers easy.
